My husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Jonathan. The selling agent on the property we purchased was completely incompetent. If not for him we would not have secured our vacation/investment home. He was always professional through out the process, and over communicated every detail of our purchase and closing. We made an offer site unseen based off his advice and expertise. He helped find us multiple vendors for flooring, AV and cabinets. He went to the home and did walk-thru with each vendor and got us estimates.

I would like to say he went above and beyond for us but I think is just how he works. He has a background as a concierge and he brings that experience forward in all his dealings. In my profession I work realtors on a regular bases and he truly outshines anyone I have ever dealt with.
